Brazilian national businessman Edenilso Rossi Arnaldi, born in the district of Sumare in the year 1962, moved over 70 kilometers away from home to actualize his entrepreneurial ideas at the age of 17. Despite the change he strived to work toward his goal, thus he worked to fund his high education. Though after moving his initial job was working as a clerk at Banco Bradesco, his mind was on civil construction where his interests really were, and in 1990 was when he bought his first construction company. Though it was small it gave birth to his first developments.
Around the 90s he expanded his business and later moved to Cascavelin Parana city with the continuation of his growth in the construction industry, he was elected as the civil construction industry union president of Parana. With this opportunity, he managed to highlight and address the different demands and experiences in the sector. During the same period his company a part of large companies within the construction sector where it played major roles like executing vital works in Parana and other parts of the Brazilian state.
During the following years, his company was growing and he was getting more experience and exposure, he was elected as the chair of the state chamber of civil construction, which is an entity in Parana, Curitiba. However, in the year 2004, he ventured into farming where he started and concentrated on corn and soy. He found it fascinating and worth a try.
In the following years, he dedicated his professional life to the expansion of his company and dealt with real estate as well as other small and medium-size public works. In 2019 he got assistance from Imobiliária Rossi who helped in the sale of the company owned properties and third party businesses. With the inclusion of Urban capital that is in charge of equity and crowdfunding segments.
