In stock items will be despatched within 1-2 working days after the purchase is complete.
Within the UK we ship exclusively via Royal Mail Postal Services charged @ £4.95 and delivery can take up to 5 working days.
Shipping costs for International orders are charged at a higher rate and delivery can take up to 10 working days.
What is your return policy?
You may return any unused items purchased within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Send an email to orders@kettleandkotch.com with your name and order number and you will receive a full *refund.
Please note that refund processing times vary according to your payment method but all refunds are usually completed within 10 working days.
*All goods returned must be in perfect condition with gift box/bag and labels and accompanied with your original proof of purchase, or your money will not be refunded and you will not be offered an exchange.
We advise you to return using recorded delivery or secure guaranteed delivery and you should always retain proof of postage.
