Warranty
The Kettle & Kotch watch is guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
The international warranty covers manufacturing defects existing at the time of purchase only.
The quartz watch movement is guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of purchase, to keep accurate time as determined by the manufacturer.
The external parts of the watch such as the case, lens glass, stem, winder crown and strap retaining bars are only guaranteed under the one (1) year warranty period if there is NO visible damage to any of these parts.
The warranty is VOID if the watch is returned rusted, scratched, tampered with, or other wise physically damaged resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
All Kettle & Kotch watches are water resistant up to 3 ATM. This means our watches are "resistant to limited amounts of water exposure such as splashing or light sprays".
It is not a waterproof watch and as such is not designed to withstand being submerged under water or down to certain depths. Please ensure you DON’T bath, shower or swim wearing the watch as in any event it may well invalidate the warranty.
The warranty only comes into force when accompanied by proof of purchase. In the event of a manufacturing defect occurring within the one (1) year warranty period, return the watch with the proof of purchase for a free repair.
Within the one (1) year warranty period & subject to providing the required proof of purchase, if a watch is beyond economical repair a free replacement watch will be provided. Kettle & Kotch cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided.
The warranty for a replacement watch is valid from the original purchase date only.
After expiration of the one (1) year warranty period the watch can be repaired, however a handling fee, repair charge and p&p will be levied by the manufacturer.
